Using includes you can easily reproduce for example the page header, footer, menu and copyright texts and change information in it without updating each model. Also you can insert documents, files and pages from current site and from external sources as well.

Includes can be done static (permanent meta_id), dynamic (interchangeable meta_id) or also can be included content from a common text/HTML file that located somewhere else.
